A Lake University Workshop will be held on February 28, 2015, from 9:30 am to Noon at Stone Mountain (Confederate Hall Environmental Education Center, 1000 Robert E. Lee Blvd, Stone Mountain, GA 30083).
GLS will conduct this workshop for lake enthusiasts and homeowners to learn more about protecting their lakes. Topics to include: “Lakescaping Your Lake Shoreline to Improve Water Quality, Sedimentation – Prevention and Remediation, Dam Maintenance, and Introduction to Adopt-A-Lake. Registration includes: free admission to the park and workshop*, and coffee with morning snack.* Space is limited – register soon. Bring your neighbors and anyone interested in healthy lakes!
